2、冷卻水循環(huan)部分(fen)
該部分由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻泵、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)管道、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)塔等(deng)組成(cheng)。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)循(xun)環系統進行(xing)室(shi)內熱交(jiao)換的(de)同(tong)時,必將(jiang)帶走室(shi)內大(da)量的(de)熱能。該熱能通過主(zhu)機內的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒傳(chuan)遞(di)給冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui),使(shi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)度升高(gao)。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻泵將(jiang)升溫(wen)(wen)后的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)壓入(ru)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)塔(出(chu)水(shui)(shui)),使(shi)之(zhi)與大(da)氣(qi)進行(xing)熱交(jiao)換,降低溫(wen)(wen)度后再送回主(zhu)機冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(回水(shui)(shui))。
3、主機
主機部分由壓(ya)縮機、蒸發器、冷凝器及冷媒(制冷劑)等組成(cheng),其工作循環過(guo)程如下:
首(shou)先低(di)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)態冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)被壓(ya)(ya)縮機加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)進(jin)入冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)并逐漸(jian)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝成高壓(ya)(ya)液體。在(zai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)會(hui)釋放出大量熱(re)能,這(zhe)部分熱(re)能被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水(shui)吸(xi)收并送(song)到室外的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)塔上,釋放到大氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)去。隨后冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)高壓(ya)(ya)液態冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)在(zai)流經蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)前的(de)節流降壓(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)時(shi),因為壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)突變而(er)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua),形成氣(qi)(qi)液混合物(wu)進(jin)入蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)在(zai)蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不斷(duan)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua),同(tong)時(shi)會(hui)吸(xi)收冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)熱(re)量使冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)達到較低(di)溫度。蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)后的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)又變成了低(di)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)體,重新(xin)進(jin)入了壓(ya)(ya)縮機,如此循環往復。
